A system to Hand down the "Heart of A-bomb Victims"

Compared to other memorial halls and museums, the largest feature of this edifice is its theme to "the heart and words". Instead of items displayed, this Memorial Hall houses written and video taped testimonies and information on the deceased victims, including their photographs. Utilizing digital information techniques, such as the database, Cyber Network has created a system to communicate the "heart" so to speak.

• BROCHURES WILL DISTINGUISH THE VISITORS
We have pamphlets with printed QR code in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese.
The Japanese version has two kinds for "Adults" and "Children". This pamphlet is the key which provides appropriate information for each visitor.

• SUPPLEMENT THE TESTIMONY YOU ARE READING
By burying an untouchable IC tag on each page of the testimonies, this device is able to automatically supplement and display which page visitors are reading as well as give information related to that page from the database.

Exhibit elements:
• 12 MULTOPLE LARGE-SCREEN DISPLAY APPARATUS
All the people killed by the A-bomb registered will be shown on the screen.
The photograph of the deceased person will be renewed every day when the database is updated.
• EXPLANATORY DISPLAY APPARATUS
Testimonies, enlarged, pouched and bond as a book, is placed in the display room. When the book is opened, explanations and texts of the testimony on the opened page are automatically shown on the monitor.
• SEARCH ENGINE FOR ARCHIVED MATERIALS
Visitors can choose testimonies of the Atomic Bomb victims according to their areas of interests from more than 90,000 in stock.
• 3-SCEEN THEATER
Offers the contents of the testimonies and images.
